She smiled when he did, glad that he seemed to understand just exactly what she was thinking. She wanted to remember the day she married him and until then she would be his betrothed. Not that there was anything wrong with that. She was more than happy to be his betrothed and would be until she became his wife.
Then he was telling her he was fine with it and her smile got wider as she accepted the small kiss and returned it with one of her own. She just hoped she wasn't caught by one of the people she worked with, she had a feeling they wouldn't be happy. The moment he whispered in her hear she could stop the soft laugh.
"I think we would be waiting a while if we were waiting for the King to come here."
When he took the book from her, still holding her close, she just waited for the comment. Rolling her eyes playfully at him, she slipped the book from his hands and tapped it against his nose.
"This is common. There are a lot of books, as you can see from this section. All this type of fiction," she said with a smile before pulling away from his hold to find where the book was meant to go. Soon she found it and bent at the knees, moving to slot it into it's space on the bottom shelf.
