Hetty stood at her window looking down at the chaos below. She wasn't sure what the hell was going on. But, she could tell it wasn't good. People were killing themselves, for seemingly no reason. She couldn't help but remember what Lord Hal had told her about the devil and what had happened with him and that werewolf bitch during the war. Still, this was pretty inconvenient. Humans were her source of blood, and without it. Well, let's just say she didn't relish the idea of being without it. Of being like Hal was now. Or like Mitchell. A sympathiser.

The girl's mouth twisted, as she pulled a cigarette from it's packet, and deposited it between her lips. Lighting it with ease bought from centuries of practice. She eventually realised that she really should get a closer look. With a sigh, she snuffed out the cigarette, and beckoned to the vampires hovering nearby to follow her. As she exited the building, it was even worse from down there, than it was from her window. She grabbed the head of a nearby body, that had obviously thrown itself from the building above.

"Lo que el infierno de mierda está pasando?"

Then, the world around her flickered, slightly. Frowning she looked up to see a graveyard had suddenly appeared nearby. This was beginning to get fucking ridiculous. First, the world had gone mad and started committing suicide. And then, random portals to graveyards appeared. And, she really didn't want to be in a graveyard. Although, apparently she didn't ahve any choice. One minute, it was in forn of her. And, the next she was stood in the middle of it, and the portal back to Bolivia was closing quickly. Too quickly even for her to get through. Wasn't that just bloody fantastic.

Oh great, there was someone here. Someone that wasn't a vampire. In fact, she couldn't tell what this woman was. It was annoying. Extremely annoying. She'd have to play the lost little girl card. A game she'd played a million times over the centuries, admittedly. And one which could be extrememly funny when she ripped thier throats out. But, she had the strangest feeling that trying to rip this woman's throat out might be a bad idea.

Bursting into tears, she buried her face in her hands. "I..don't...know..where..I...am..." she wailed between sobs. "I've...lost...my..Mummy!"

Right, that should do it, right? Convince the woman that that was all she was. Just a crying little girl. "I don't like it here, it's creepy." She added a scared quaver into her voice at that point.

Ruby couldn't help it, this was hillarious. And adorable. And the little vamp kid wasn't winning her over in any way.

"You think I can't sense a leech when I see one. Familar at that. So I'm pretty sure you lost your mom a while back. As for where you are and if you get to stay, well that depends on you sweetheart."

A while ago, Ruby wouldn't have had maternal instincts to have to fight in this instance and probably would have threatened a lot more graphically. But she looked like a kid. And that was going to be annoying if there were more creepy kid vamps in the offing.

"How about we start with name and work from there"
