The idea of traveling in a car was still novel to Levi. It was something in his world that didn't exist at all. Maybe it had at one point in the distant past. There were hints of that other world, hints of a world where people didn't have to look behind their shoulders or worry that at any moment, they could be eaten alive. He sat in the car rigidly, much preferring horseback as a means of travel, but let Damien take the lead on this part.
The captain glanced sideways at Damien as the other young man put his sword under his coat. He gave him a glance, wary. "I know you have powers, but don't you think that's being a bit too cocky?" he quipped, thinking it far better to come prepared at hand. Levi's own 3D Gear, completely with the gas canisters that gave him mobility, rested at his hips. The dual blades were ready to be activated in a moment's notice. This was a weapon with which Levi was deadly familiar. He followed after Damien, dressed in most of his Scout uniform: the white pants, the dark boots, a loose shirt and the tan jacket. He'd left the green cape at home, knowing they wouldn't need them today.
If a ghoul were even half the size of a Titan, Levi wasn't concerned, but he would see what these creatures were when he faced them. As far as he was concerned, everything had a weak spot, and once they found that, that's where he would take aim.
