Re: Open to: Kol/Klaus/Caroline
"Did she?" he said simply. "Did anyone, did we even really win? How do we know if the Winchesters even accomplished anything beyond self sacrifice. Or that when we find a way to free our sister we won't be back to square one. Or if we're even still going to be here, you feel it too, you must, I suspect we all do. It might be that our time is short. It might be that Rebekah will live back at home and you will be gone. So tell me Kol, what is it you intend to do now. Blame me, as you always are so fond of doing. Or do you for once in your long and bloody life plan to listen to reason."
Golden eyes narrowed as the Original hybrid noted the disgust on his brothers face, perhaps he hadn't deserved loyalty. But he had taken it, when he had the means to ensure it. He did still have the means to ensure Kol would learn a lesson though. His head tilted slightly, almost imperceptibly to the right.
"I suggested you talk to your demon, you find a way to free our sister and you actually do something useful for once in a millennium. If you don't feel up to that though perhaps you should have a long think about just why its always me you blame, or where exactly were you when she fell. I was fighting, close to the edge it seems, not for her, not for anyone but against the thing trying to separate us, though maybe I needn't have bothered. Do you even fear me anymore Kol, do you even remember why you did, because I really could remind you right now, might be quite cathartic."
