Re: Open to: Kol/Klaus/Caroline
Kol knew better than most would have that the eerie calm that came from Klaus in that moment was not a lack of emotion at the situation, but a warning. Get out now before he lost it. But Kol wasn't going anywhere, no, he was standing his ground before his brother. "She led her team fine, Nik," his voice was shaky, everything about him still completely full of rage and devoid of anything else. "That's not what this was and you know it."
"I know she just saved your sorry arse. I know our sister just sacrificed herself for you, in all your fucking Hybrid holier-than-thou glory. And for what? For the brother that did nothing but hurt her, oh but she wasn't loyal, was she? She didn't stay by your side through every tantrum and dagger you shoved in her back, did she?" His eyes were narrowed rather dangerously in Nik's direction. He was more powerful than Kol, but in that moment it didn't matter.
Kol shook his head slowly, a distinct look of disgust on his face as he looked at his brother once again. "You never deserved the love and loyalty she showed you." he practically spat at him.
