Caroline had plenty to say about everything else Rebekah had told her, but as soon as those six words were said, anything else was completely forgotten. She probably looked like a fish for a second, her mouth opening and closing a few times as she tried to even formulate the words she wanted to say.
"Shut up!" she exclaimed, though she was smiling brightly at that. "No, wait. That's an expression, don't actually shut up." Sometimes she forgot that Rebekah had been in a box for nearly one hundred years and didn't know all of the nuances of the twenty-first century. "I need details. Like all of the details. From the beginning."
Because this was big, for both of them really, Stefan and Rebekah, and Caroline needed to know everything.
