She almost jumped slightly. It was ridiculous, considering how open they were with each other, in every sense of the word, that she hadn't realized Jacen was right there. A sign of just how distracted she had been lately, and it just increased her frustration with herself. As much as her outward response was calm, both she and Jacen knew she had been startled.
But that didn't stop her smiling slightly at the coffee. Force, it had been difficult without it. Tahiri didn't have the same love of it that Jacen had, but even so she had missed the taste of it and the sweet, sweet caffeine. The Apocalypse was one thing, but taking the caffeine just crossed the line.
She moved quietly over to join him, her bare feet barely making a sound, before she took her seat on the couch beside him, drawing her knees up as she picked up the mug, wrapped her hands around the warmth and inhaling the scent of coffee with a faintly satisfied noise.
"Thank you." The silence between them was comfortable for a few moments as she sipped the drink gratefully. "You alright this morning?"
