Temperance wasn't quite sure why so many people seemed insistent to point out the idea of believing in a god. Especially when she had clearly stated she was lost. Wouldn't it make more sense to ask where she was or if she were in distress? At least they weren't offering to pray for her safety. She was never sure how to decline without offending them. Booth often told her she was offending others when she didn't understand why. She wasn't offended when they offered to pray, and there really was more of a reason to be offended there.
While she waited for Booth to show up she thought she would try to find out where she really was and how. The problem was, even with the uplink she found that everything pointed to Kansas, and 2013. Not one to dismiss things out of hand, well not important things, she treated it as anything else. Something to investigate.
Frowning over the keyboard she started looking for clues, information as to what could have happened. She also tried to reach her work home page at the Jeffersonian but no longer had access. Cars went by rarely and she looked up each time. When a vehicle actually pulled up and stopped she realized it was Booth but not the car she was expecting. Closing the lap top she set it aside and got out of the car and headed around it. "Booth, what happened to your car? That, is not your car."
