The prince watched as she took a step forward. She probably thought she was being brave. He lifted his chin at her words and glared at her, doing his best to hide his exhaustion. "Who else would want me out of Camelot? Well I suspect Merlin if only for a break from his duties but that's besides the point. You stand to gain the most with me gone."
But then she was speaking of countries and cities he had never heard of. And travelling through time? His grip loosened subtlely on the sword. That sort of thing was beyond Morgana...if truth she spoke. "What you're saying is impossible," he returned, giving her an exasperated look he had often given her during their verbal matches.
"No one has the kind of magic to do that." While he wasn't a fan of magic, he didn't say the words with the same hatred his father often did.
"Now where are we really Morgana and how do we get back home?" Even if she had betrayed them, he couldn't abandon her. Besides, she had to face justice for what she had done.
