Ruby rolled her eyes at the smirk. He'd been showing off of course but she figured she'd surprised him. Or at the very least lived up to the usual expectations of just how damn awesome she was when she wanted to be. And she had to admit she'd been out of practice this last while. But hey, scotch as a reward was not something she'd say no to. Emily was on bottles now and she knew Crowley got the good stuff. She sometimes didn't want to know from where. But he managed.
She stepped into the foyer and looked around. Yeaah this was pretty much vintage Crowley, fancy looking house, lots of random history videos and books. And of course the music. Though the lack of Jim was still making her pout.
"Clearly you missed me or you wouldn't have gone for the grand theatrics." she told him with a smirk of her own already feeling as at home as she would anywhere outside of the house she shared with Sam. She took the scotch, perhaps too trustingly given King of the Crossroads and all but she knew this demon better than any of them, save Azazel obviously. As much as anyone could really have known him. "Though I approve." she told him after a sip. "More of this would be good, for future reference."
She finally crossed the floor to meet her old friend and after considering a handshake for a moment decided to go for a hug. She knew all the wrong that came from keeping this friendship alive but dammit she missed him when he wasn't around. "I'm pretty sure I'm the only one that'll say this and you know I'll take it back aggressively with the Colt if you screw with me or mine but dammit I missed you."
