Lois let out a sigh and nodded at Kara. "Might as well check it out," she said with a bit of a shrug. "I mean, we can't really just skip buildings, can we? With my luck, if we skip one it'll be the one everyone's in." And that would just be bad. But that didn't stop her from hesitating for just a moment, long enough to take the rubber band out of her hair (it was getting too loose to be comfortable) and putting it right back up again.
"Alright, might as well get this over with." She took a deep breath before starting in the direction of the mystery building. Yeah, it was true that Lois couldn't get possessed any more, not unless the skin over her right shoulder blade got somehow sliced off, but that wasn't exactly the happiest of trains of thought, so Lois tried not to take it. But the fact that she couldn't get possessed didn't make this all rainbows and giggles. She could still get hurt, she could still see her friends and family get hurt. Lois wasn't as strong as Kara and Clark, so she thought to bring supplies with her in a bag hanging over her shoulder. It was filled with salt and holy water, for the most part. And that made her feel slightly better.
