Felicia was so far from ready to deal with what Kaine had done. It wasn't who he was, well not completely that anyway. It was the simple fact that he'd pretended to be her ex. Someone she cared about still, someone she confided in and considered a true friend. They'd talked about Tony, hell she'd mentioned Ryan to him knowing her knew and understood and why hadn't she seen it. Why hadn't she realised she was being lied to. It made her sick to think about the depth of the betrayal. But she'd done her job for Dick, she'd done the routine with Natasha, though likely on autopilot. Lucky her autopilot had powers specifically designed for the kind of thing they'd been doing and they'd practiced enough. But once that was done, Tony had pretty much swept her off her feet and they'd gone to his private jet and gotten the hell out.
She loved that he was distracting her. That he knew more than anything, this was what she needed. More and more she felt like he understood her as well as her friends here did but on a different level in some ways. Maybe that was the relationship they'd built up without it being a 'relationship' per se, neither of them wanting to add that word to themselves any time soon. But she cared about him, and she was pretty sure he cared about her right back.
Felicia moved as the billionaire spoke, from the far couch where she'd been gazing out at the clouds lost in thought to join him on his side with her own glass of wine. He knew how to keep a girl in the lifestyle she was used to, she couldn't argue that. "We don't you know. But then what happens there is we plan to, then you get a project or I get a job I just can't turn down and suddenly its a month later. But we have to change that. You need to take me to Europe at some point. Tour the museums. Remember you promised me museums" she added with a cheeky grin entirely sure he knew what she'd do in those museums. Her poor Avenger.
"But this is good right now. This is just what I needed, but you knew that didn't you." she told him, curling into him slightly as the flight continued. Sometimes she really was just an overgrown cat. "Tell me the plans for the trip, or is it all more surprise for me?" Teasing info out of Tony Stark, any version had never been easy, but with expensive wine and a beautiful woman. Felicia had a shot.
