Most people tended to let Morgana keep her mask of strength on. Mostly because she scared them but that was beside the point. The fact remained that people rarely called her on such matters. Really, Arthur was the only one who would and that was because he was a smug prat. Yes, he cared, but more often than not, it would start as a moment of concern and then quickly turn into their normal bantering and insults and him being insufferable.
The verification that none of them were there was upsetting, but Morgana just nodded her head slightly.
"I see."
Because there was no good dwelling on the fact that she was alone once again in a strange place. First when her father had died, and now when she was brought to the future to a land she did not know. So yes, it was possible they could show up but she had to be prepared that they wouldn't and she would have to find a way to keep from letting anyone see her weak and she would have to find a way to keep from setting anything on fire or anything else of destruction because she couldn't keep her powers under control. Powers she didn't even understand.
As they walked, Morgana ignoring the pain now that she was braced for it, she listened, silent for a moment.
"What is our purpose here? You said a religious seal brought me here, as well as others, but for what point?"
