It was a tricky situation and when emotions were mixed in? Things were that much more convoluted. So really, Mara wasn't going to push the topic unless she saw Galen being held back by his connection to Gaia. Mara would be wary, but she would not intervene unless she felt it was necessary. After all, it was Galen's life and his choices to make. She wasn't going to involve herself unless she had to.
"You're welcome. I know it isn't easy to keep such knowledge from someone, but it is better to wait and judge if they are able to handle it first." After all, if Mara had been brought here from before her own death, she didn't think she'd react well to someone with the knowledge telling her she died. Let alone that it had been at Jacen's hand, but that was a whole different matter entirely. "I know. It is hard to resist the Dark side, believe me. I have walked the path you are now walking. It is not a easy battle to win, but I am here to help you with it any way that I can." And she really meant it. That part of her life was long behind her now, but she still remembered it as if it had just happened.
"Sometimes I think no one can handle loss well. But all we really have is what is right here, right now. And right here and right now, she is alive and she is here. So keep that in mind, and enjoy every moment of it."
