All right, so the modern world still held many things she wasn't used to, so when she heard Bruce's voice, she jumped slightly, not having expected that. But no matter, she quickly shook it off and entered when the door opened for her. Though the string of lights was interesting. She tilted her head a bit, momentarily transfixed by the shade of green. But she followed them, winding through the building. Helena gave curious glances at the various workout areas she passed.
When the door to the lab opened, she stepped inside, still being taken aback at seeing Bruce's altered face. Though now seeing him in person was even stranger to her, given she hadn't yet seen this altered version of himself in the flesh. It was for the best right now. The less she was reminded of Christina's father for the moment, the better. And the noise filling the lab helped to center her. She enjoyed those background noises. In a way, they also helped ease a little of her anxiety. And now that she was inside the building, she deactivated the protective barrier, no longer needing it.
