Obviously Leo had taken after his father more if his mom had thought it was better to put friends and family first. Maybe he was like her. Shame he'd never actually know. Most people told him he was most like his Aunt Prue, but he wasn't sure if they meant in personality or just appearance. They had the same eye color, after all, and he even had the same power as her. But that didn't mean there couldn't be more to him, many more layers. The Halliwell family was huge, after all, and now he would get to learn more about the Wyatts.
Chris hesitated when he heard the story about his dad's first charge. How like him was that? Someone had hurt his brother. And, yeah, his brother was an ass for it. And yes, his main goal was 'save the world'. But he so badly wanted the brother he knew was under there that he'd been willing to change time, a thing most people agreed you really shouldn't do.
"Was he okay? Afterwards, I mean? With his brother and all?" He sighed a moment later and shrugged. "Sometimes I think maybe we shouldn't have been born whitelighters. I feel like maybe you should have to earn it, like you guys did." Because if you were born one, what you got was kids like Chris and Wyatt. Both of them with some really terrible ideas. And they could be jerks. Oh, Chris didn't abuse his power like Wyatt did. But he'd been guilty of the personal gain bit, writing it off as 'stopping Wyatt' and that didn't count as personal gain at all, thanks.
