Rikki had the grace to look sheepish. "Pretty much..." she agreed. It was easier when Lewis was around because he was one of those science geeks and he always had something up his sleeve to try and keep the moon from turning them into whatever the case may be that particular full moon.
In all honesty, Rikki hadn't known a lot about Sirens. It had happened to Cleo, not her, so she hadn't really bothered looking them up. "Um...not much? I know that Cleo, who normally couldn't carry a tune in a bucket, could suddenly sing and she had the most beautiful voice," she started, shifting her weight back onto her other foot. "I know that every guy in about a ten kilometer radius who could hear her was out in her front yard, clamoring for attention...and then, the full moon dropped the next day and she was back to normal. It wasn't that big a deal, really...?" she said, uncertainly. She knew that wasn't much help and she felt badly about it.
"Actually, if that happens, you'll be no help, I'm sure. Unless you've got some pretty sound blocking headphones. ...so let's hope it doesn't, shall we?"
