"Nah, defiantly not Superman."Dick couldn't help but laugh. The idea of him being anything remotely close to Superman was amusing. Superman was all puppies and rainbows, Batman was the exact opposite. His life story wasn't nearly so boy scout. He'd seen a lot of death in his time, and it really was surprising that he'd gotten this far without losing himself in it all. Seeing enough murder and corruption could really get under a normal persons skin, but Dick was not normal. He made it his job to protect people and wouldn't allow himself to cross those dark lines. "Ever hear of Batman, kid?" He looked at Darcy, wondering how much she'd actually taught them about super heroes. Part of him kind of hoped the boys answers were no.
Batman could be a bit harsh for kids, he knew. He lived it. He knew without Alfred around he might have ended up exactly like Bruce was and that alone was a terrifying thought. Nobody needed two Bruce Wayne's. He raised an eyebrow at Darcy and grinned. "You'd make a decent profiler. On target. 32 exactly."
"Whatever. Alfred mostly shopped for me. I don't need anything too fancy." He wasn't suit and tie guy unless there was a funeral or wedding, other then that he generally just stuck to dark colors. "Perfect body? Me?" He looked sheepish and grinned a little more. Dark eyes watching her in amusement. "I used to be a Trapeze artist. My entire family was actually. We were the Flying Graysons, it took a lot of training. I had to stay at my peak. It wasn't that hard though, dad used to say I had circus blood and my first word was rube." Dick chuckled at the memory and watched as she called a cab, following her and sliding inside.
He'd been thinking about the circus a lot lately, he hadn't even realized it until mid story and he blinked with a slight shake of his head. "I don't know why I said that." He ran a hand through his hair out of habit he shrugged. "I'm not really attached to clothes much usually so um..whatever you think looks good? I did have this one leather jacket back home that I miss."
