"Maybe.... but I guess it doesn't do any good to dwell on it, right? At least you're here now." That was one thing Claudia was extremely glad about. Having someone she knew around was a lot better than drowning in the sea of unknowns and superheroes. Not that superheroes were a bad thing to have around, but they were still not the same kind of familiar she had been so deseparately seeking upon her initial arrival.
"Again." She added with a soft chuckle. "It's becoming a habit, isn't it?" She stretched her legs out and looked at the floor for a moment before turning her focus back to H.G. again. "Think you're going to have any luck getting the materials for the Teslas? I'd feel about a billion times safer if I had one." she admitted. Being able to protect herself in such an effective way was something Claudia had grown accustomed to and not having that sense of protection in the midst of some crazy Apocaylpse? That was the furthest thing from comforting ever.
