It would be so much easier if she could build something that could be sent back to their world to fix everything, to save all of them and the Warehouse. Even Helena was unable to comprehend not having a Warehouse. It had been the only thing she'd had left that meant anything in her life, until she'd made friends with the Warehouse team. Though the term friends really only applied to Myka and Claudia. Pete hadn't actually started to like her until just before the end. Artie...well, she couldn't be sure about him. He'd always hated her, distrusted her, but he might have changed his tune at the end.
"I know. I can't even fathom the Warehouse not existing. But Warehouse agents are nothing if they aren't resourceful." Helena gently rubbed Claudia's back, hearing her sob. "I wish I had been able to save more, to save something to better help you all. But there's nothing either of us can do about it now from here. I'm just glad that I'm alive. And apparently I'm more noble than I believed myself to be." A smile curved her lips, but faded just as quickly as it had appeared. She closed her eyes again, feeling her own heart breaking over relaying the information to Claudia. She could still feel the intense heat in the moment before she died.
