There were times when Luke and Han could get along. And now that everyone was straight on their relationship to one another, Luke couldn't quite let go of the jealousy. Though now it came from being Leia's brother. He was fairly certain that he'd be jealous of anyone that tried to Leia's love just because of their relationship. Oh he well knew Leia could handle herself, but what kind of brother would he be if he didn't express concern and protect her sometimes? Course he usually failed at the protecting her part, but at least now that he was more focused and not as chaotic within himself, he could work on that. Because really, he needed to be competent and not always leave his sister to get herself out of jams all the time.
All right, so he found this seal thing to be quite strange, but more than that the fact that there was no organized structure to those who had been displaced. There should be some sort of coalition, some line of defense and order to them. People always needed someone to follow, that's how wars were fought. There always needed to be leaders to keep people from running off on their own and fighting in their own way. That was the quickest way to get a war lost.
"At least there are classes to learn how to protect yourself from the things in this world. When I'm fully recovered, I'd like to take these classes. But what worries me is that there's no one to organize people when something bad happens. Of course, I realize that having a coalition of many people and making sure every world we're all from is represented is rather silly and would only lead to in-fighting, but there should be some sort of council or something where people can quickly activate defenses, identify the threat and quickly get the rest informed and organized to fight it. Not having leadership is the quickest way to lose a war. And from what you've all ready told me, losing this war would have dire consequences."
He was all ready concerned about this place and the war happening. This was a good sign, proving further that he was definitely not the same Luke that had been here previously. He wouldn't just sit around and wallow in his own misery. No, he'd stand up and do whatever he could to help. Once his injuries were healed, of course. Because he didn't need to go aggravating them further.
"I don't think I have any desire to see them or read them either. Poor Han having to watch them." He had no idea who this Abby was, but he was fairly certain it must've been painful for Han to have to sit and watch his life be played out before him like that. Though Luke quirked a brow at the mention of conventions. "Conventions?" He was curious what that meant, really. Though he was all ready making a mental note to stay very, very far away from them.
Though he paused when Leia told him he'd been here before. Well, that wasn't something he expected to hear.
"I was?" He was about to ask what he'd done here, but he figured he didn't want to know the answer to that. After all, he probably didn't remember for a good reason, so he would actually leave that topic alone. "I will be prepared for anyone to talk to me like they know me."
