Seeing that look in Doreah's eye reminded her of the look Merrill always had when she was curious about something, which had been very often. "You really can. I have to say, some of the things sold in the markets here are, well, not to my taste, but for the most part it's all fascinating. I personally enjoy the differences to the world I'm from. Well, the good differences." Though that really went without saying. The chaos wasn't something new to her, nor was the threat of demons new. These were just vastly different demons from the ones she'd encountered in her own world. And this whole Apocalypse thing was definitely not to Isabela's liking. Anything that involved her dying at some point was not good.
"If you can ignore the periodic states of insanity and attacks, it is a decent place. Could be closer to the sea, though. But sadly, you can't always get everything you want." Isabela shrugged a bit, taking another bite of the apple. It was easy to tell that Doreah was from a different culture. Isabela had adopted some of the clothing from this world, but considering she was just coming off her first high seas adventure in four years, she'd reverted back to her own world's style of dress. "How are you adjusting?"
