"Do you think someone should tell them, the wall colour looks like day old vomit?" Lavender said in way of greeting. She slowly got up out of the chair and turned to look at Booth. A wave of emotions and memories hit her, and immediately sat back down. They had lived above this place, with his son Parker. There was something about the future she could barely remember other than it was muddled and scary. She had run away at some point, where too that she couldn't remember, maybe it would come back to her. Maybe it would be better if it didn't.
"I mean, not the best colour to have in a restaurant of all places, right?" she managed a tiny smile. Merlin, this was all so strange. Suddenly she realized how tired she was, and how much she wanted a nap. Even though she was positive she had spent the last week or so in bed sleeping. Isn't that what happened after someone had a fall like that, they slept? If they didn't die first of course.
She had no idea what to say now. What could she say? She had no idea how long she had been gone, what had happened, she was still trying to wrap her head around being back and the vauge memories. This sounded like something in on of her mother's ridiculous Muggle shows, The Twilight Zone.
"Ridiculous question, maybe but..." she hesitated her brow furrowing slightly. "Whats the date?"
