Lauren had been in a pharmacy long since abandoned by its owner, or worse maybe the owner had been attacked by the bugs. Either way she hadn't had to pay for what she wanted, emerging through a side door though she found she'd wandered into a fight so hung back and watched the scene as best she could. Oh she knew she could be strong if she fed, and more than that knew a flash of black eyes would send them running, she knew it was like the demons in this world and one day sort of hoped to get to use it against them but she wasn't stupid either, one slash of that dagger and Lauren knew she'd be screwed, she'd kill again, or worse, it would turn someone like it had the last time and there'd be a vampire wandering around out there. Lauren had abandoned her like Mitchell had done to her once. She understood why now too. But what she couldn't understand from the scene in front of her is why a woman would dress like that out in the streets unless she wasn't from around here.
Unless she was new on account of that damn seal. In which case she had to help didn't she? Lauren watched her walk to the edge of the alley and jump backk in when she saw the bugs. She'd been pretty much skulking in the shadows from them and she knew that the overly broody not a Jedi guy she'd been paired with for getting medical supplies was out there somewhere nearby. He'd...sense her or whatever it was.
"Hi" she tried simply. "You're probably not going to believe me if I say a mystical seal transported you to another world are you? This is why I shouldn't be welcoming committee. Anyway yeah, I'd do a better explaination but those insect things really do want to eat us so how about you follow me to somewhere safe where I can explain some of this hopefully without sounding completely mental?" Not her finest explaination, maybe Solo would be better at this than she was but he was getting food supplies and she knew he knew where they were. He could do the enigmatic brooding thing and just appear if they needed him. Lauren was fine with that.
"I'm Lauren" she said simply trying her hardest to ignore the smell of blood as they walked. The bugs had caught someone nearby... "Actually lets go the other way. Bit longer but probably safer" she said looking away down the street away from the pirate woman, eyes momentarily shifting black before returning to their natural colour. Lucky it was dark.
