Who: Isabela and OPEN!
What: A timely arrival in Lawrence, the pirate is greeted by punks and possible giant buglike things in the background
When: Tonight!
Where: An alley
Warnings: Fighting and language!
One moment, Isabela had been half way to Ostwick with the Tome of Koslun in hand, starting to think of turning around and doing the right thing. Sure, Hawke would scream at her, possibly hand her over to the Qunari for her betrayal, but that was a risk she was surprisingly going to take. As much as she refused to admit it, she did have a heart of gold underneath it all. But then just as she'd decided to return, everything changed. Isabela was accustomed to being drunk, but what she experienced was nothing like that. She suddenly found herself in an alley. "Well, isn't this just peachy," she muttered, looking around, trying to figure out what had happened. And, most of all, where she was. This couldn't be the Fade, she'd been there once before to help Feynriel. But it didn't have the same dream-like feel to it. And besides, a demon should've popped out by now, right? Right.
Then something did pop out at the other end of the alley. Three somethings, actually. Isabela took a defensive stance, ready to grab the twin daggers off her back to fight if needed. When the three somethings came closer, she saw they were human. Thank the Maker because the last thing she needed were demons or Qunari coming at her.
"Well, look at what we have here, boys. I didn't think there was a pirate convention in town." One of them said with a smirk. Rolling her eyes, Isabela could all ready sense what was coming. They were going to try and get a piece of her.
"Let me guess, it's the clothing, isn't it? My bust sticking out too far for you to control yourselves?" Isabela quipped.
"Oh and she's got a mouth. Well that's okay, I like it better that way." The second guy replied. Almost like a pack of dogs, the three guys closed in on Isabela, backing her against a wall of one of the buildings. But it was going to be too much for the guys to handle. When the first guy made a move, Isabela side-stepped and allowed her right fist to meet his stomach. When he went down to his knees, the second guy lashed out. Isabela ducked his punch, came back up right and landed a left hook to his jaw, effectively knocking him out.
"What the hell?!" The third guy exclaimed, taking a step back.
"I'd take your friends and get out of here. No one touches me like that. Well, unless I want you to, and I definitely don't want you touching me like that." She lifted a hand, daring to draw a dagger from her back. The guy took one look at that, then helped grab his buddies and they stumbled their way out of the alley. She could only shake her head in disgust. Men, they were all the same. Isabela then strode to the end of the alley. Only to see the three guys she'd just fought off get chased after by a giant blue bug-like thing. She stopped in her track and stared. "Oh shit, what the blazes is this place?" So she'd just run from a place of chaos and ended up in another chaotic place. This did not bode well for her. Well, as long as Qunari weren't involved she had a chance of keeping her head. Or so she hoped as she glanced around the strange place for a safe way out of here.
