"Yeah, Anakin." He was unfazed by her green state, so if she tried to cover up via cloak he would just put on a confused expression. He'd met stranger beings then a woman with green skin. He knew aliens, and bird like creatures with razor sharp fangs, and then there was Lyric and the mermaids. Don't even get him started on Lyric. Only the cool Jedi had mermaid friends after all. Green was hardly a thing to be abhorred by. So he just tilted his head in curiosity when she tensed.
Anakin thought to add Solo, but then he thought twice. The Solo name was quite the source of trouble and fear lately, it was possible the less attachment she knew he had with his family-the better. She already seemed on edge, though he would not question yet. It wasn't his place. He'd just met her. His brother might have done it if he'd had his powers, but currently he did not. Nor did Ani. He was not touched by the dark side like his siblings, so he felt no need to intrude on her despite her emotions loud as a beacon.
"You seem lost. " He stated off handedly instead, motioning to the way she aimlessly seemed to wander without paying much attention to the destination. Anakin was always that way, but he wasn't saturated in anger or angst as she was. He was just fine with things as they were in that moment. Save for Dean. He couldn't help but feel a little bad that Dean had to suffer with so much anger and power he had no chance of ever understanding. He wasn't even sure his brother understood it half the time.
