It was totally opposite for Anakin, night time made him feel strong and confident. Whereas the day could be overwhelming at best. The day time was full of the new Jedi learning to control their abilities, full of migraines and a sickness that sometimes Anakin felt would never go away. At night it seemed to leave him be, give him some peace and space for a few hours. While to most it wasn't significant, it was to him. It meant he had time to think. He had time to tinker with the small cube shaped laser puzzle he'd borrowed from his mother and try to figure a strategy to beat it.
It wasn't very difficult for someone like Anakin Solo who was gifted when it came to solving puzzles and problems in his head, but after speaking to his Uncle he had a lot on his mind. Maybe he was right and his family had the potential, all he needed to do was remind them. But it was hard. Once Jacen got his powers back, he knew things would be different. Just because he didn't want them too didn't mean a thing. They were going to change again. Sith was a power that tied in with rage and regret. Jacen had a lot of it. He could deduce just by talking to him, that one conversation with his brother wasn't going to fill the void that was the depth of his pain he'd suffered over the years since he had died in battle.
Even Jaina had her demons, he wasn't sure if he could get through to her either. All his doubt was seeded and aided by Alema, so even his own issues weren't going to be easy to work through. If it were possible. But walking the city at night made him feel as if it were possible. As if anything could be.
Finally he had enough of the laser puzzle and tucked it into his pocket. He'd gotten a few of his clothes back so he wasn't stuck with hideous outfits that Jaina had left for him. He'd gotten some normal pants, a pair of tan colored cargos and a black shirt. He was still wearing his Uncle's shoes, he'd yet to find the shoes. Allana and Jaina were going to pay for hiding his stuff.
He had a counter attakck in mind, he just needed a little help from his brother. Jacen could get Jaina out the least suspiciously while he went to work tangling up her shoes. He just hoped his brother wouldn't cave and tell her instead. She would find out soon enough, but Anakin knew the twins had a strong loyalty bond. So he was wary. He would have to do it fast. He was busy thinking about his plan of attack when he nearly ran straight into the green skinned witch. He only narrowly avoided her thanks to the Force warning him that an object was in his path.
"Hey...don't I know you?" Was she the witch from the boards, or was she a wannabe? There were a lot of those since many of the board goers were fictional. But through the Force he was fairly sure she was not.
