Honestly Booth was more upset with the principal then he was with his son. Parker knew better then to get in trouble like he had, but the principal simply hadn't been interested in what either Booth had to say. So that was really the last straw. He didn't talk much until they left the office and climbed into the car. That was when he visibly relaxed. "Don't. It isn't your fault. You remember what I told you about apologizing?" He had calm down, and his son put things in better perspective. "You don't do it unless you hurt someone. You didn't hurt me, that woman wasn't going to listen to what either of us had to say." He looked over at Parker and gave him a smile finally.
"I know you. Don't forget it, Pal. I know you don't get in trouble like this. " He reached over to nudge him warmly and sat back to start up the car. "So talk to me. What's going on?" He was then quiet, waiting for his kids side of the story, something that ridiculous woman obviously didn't know how to do before suspending his kid. Then he had an idea. "How about we go stop in on Hardison and those guys?" He wanted to talk to Eliot, and he knew Parker liked the Leverage team.
"We'll go get lunch and drop in." He chatted idly as they began to pull away from the school.
