It was pretty horrible what the girl was going through. No ones fault that she could see, but it didn't make it any easier did it. Poor Jessica had remembered a boyfriend, plans for the future and now, years later to him but not to her there was someone new. If she was honest, Ruby kind of freaked Quinn out, she'd scared the hell out of Puck even if he hadn't admitted it to her. And this was the new woman. Did Jess even know about the whole demon thing? If she didn't Quinn wasn't going to be the one to tell her. It wasn't her place. But she'd told Jess she'd come visit so she'd gotten Beth ready for the visit and put her in the pram walking down to Jess's room knocking on the door balancing baby and bag as she did.
It seemed to Quinn like the girl needed a friend. And she could do that for her if nothing else. Just be there, sit, let her play with Beth, let her talk it out, whatever she needed. It was a awful and cruel situation but she'd decided that she was going to help Jess through it. Someone needed to and as much as others were very probably trying, anyone like Sam would be too close to the situation. She understood that and she hoped he did too. This was the best way. Get Jess settled in, make sure she had a friend.
"Jessica, its Quinn" she said leaning in to make sure Beth was comfortable in her pram. She seemed to be. She'd drift off to sleep in a little while by the look of her and it would give her and Jess a chance to talk if thats what she wanted to do.
"I brought soda and cookies and a movie. It's a start right?"
