A...what? Power Ranger? Power Ranger? What in the hell was that supposed to be, exactly? Puck shot him a quizzical look. "What the hell is a Power Ranger Space Patrol Delta? You some kinda spaceman slash forest ranger?" Was that even possible? The guy looked way too young to be able to spread himself around on careers like that. Unless he was one of those really smart, young genius types. Puck had heard of those before - he had even seen one on TV - but he never thought that he'd actually find one running around the streets cracking skulls together, trying to play the role of a hero. Puck eyed the morpher in Jack's hands curiously, half wanting to snatch it away from him and see what it did himself. It looked like a phone. A really high-tech cellphone. One that he knew wasn't on the market yet, since Puck was usually all caught up with the cool tech out there. Not that he could afford it, but he knew what was out when and where.
"The front door? You're kidding." Puck looked back toward the crime scene and let out a whoop of laughter. "Way to suck! That's not amateur, that's retarded." Puck might not have been a genius himself, but he had enough common sense to know how to manage a theft without acting like a dumbass. That was what he was known best for back home, actually. He kind of had a reputation for breaking the rules and getting into trouble on a regular basis.
The Power Ranger dude seemed skeptical. Puck flashed him a grin. "I've got plenty of experience. I had my own fight club back home, you know." Which was actually pretty tiny and didn't go very far after it first started to begin with, but those were just technicalities. Fact of the matter was, Puck was confident that he could throw a really good punch. He could beat the crap out of any bad guy that tried fucking around with him and Mr. Power Ranger over here. Except not really. Puck could bully people around and hold his own in a fight against someone on the streets if he had to, but he'd never actually gone up against actual criminals before.
