Jack wasn't even aware he was being watched until he he cuffed the final guy and he groaned at the tight metal against his wrist. "Tt. Baby." He stated with a roll of his eyes and looked at all three, he didn't touch the bags of money or the gun. He knew better than that. He couldn't touch them without somehow being connected to the crime scene and honestly he was hoping to remain anonymous. Those dreams were dashed when he saw a teenager trotting toward him with enthusiasm, and Jack took half a step back, still a little on edge from the fight. But he softened slightly when he realized what was happening. The kid had seen the whole thing and was praising him. Not there to attack and help his friends, so the red ranger tilted his head in curiosity and offered a tiny smirk. "Was it? Just doing the right thing. " He was glad not to be in his ranger uniform at least, finally he had some street clothes so it looked a little less like a power ranger ass kicking. The only thing strange was the morpher at his waist and the red and black he was partial too, but by now he hoped most of the kids brought to that universe were used to it.
"Float like what?..oh, like Rocky? Naah. It was nothing." A reference he finally understood. Jack was a fan of Rocky. He watched it for the first time back at the Academy. There were alot of movies he didn't know considering he spent most of his life on the streets, but Rocky was the first thing his teammates introduced him too. A necessary classic. One of his guys started to get up and Jack looked down, with a skeptical eyebrow raised. "I wouldn't try that if I were you. Unless you want another go." And with that he collapsed and the young man looked up again at Puck watching him make with the amusing moves. "I recognize you from the boards. Your one of the new kids right?"
He didn't frequent use of the boards, but he did read them. They were important he just didn't have anything to say on them. He didn't spend his time surfing youtube, or oogling fandoms. He was happier outside, helping where he could. "We should probably get out of here, cops are on there way soon. " He motioned with a hand as he heard the sound of a siren coming from the street. The money was still in the open, but the cops were starting to get out of their cars, and Jack really didn't do what he did for fame or recognition.
"They deserved it, people were going to get hurt from that blood money." He shrugged at Puck's statement, sincere with his response. He was a good guy at heart, always would be.
