A date. Was he insane? Had he gotten hit on the head one too many times. This was so far beyond anything she had ever known, or ever believed she needed or wanted. But then this was Sam. And he had a way of confusing things like no one else.
It was all supposed to be so simple, Azazel's great plan, he'd chosen her, her above all else, to get Sam Winchester ready, and she was doing it, twisting him slowly and delicately into what he was supposed to be, being here in this city had made things both easier and harder in equal measure. And now with this, with asking her on an actual date. He was confusing her. She was supposed to stay detached. Detached while Sam was making her feel like he did sometimes? Detached when he looked at her with that dark hunger that she knew only she could cause in him. It wasn't an easy task. But this was just part of that, all part of the game.
Its what she told herself as she washed and styled her hair curling it into ringlets at the front, As she dressed in a black dress, more modest than the little red number but not demure by any standards. As she slipped on a pair of boots as ever concealing a knife. It was the mantra she kept in her mind as she waited, her eyes drifting to the clock just out of curiosity, nothing else, just curiosity. She just wanted to see what he'd do, how he'd treat her, where he'd take her. All that talk of respect. It confused her. Why would he respect her? Why did she care, even a little.
She didn't. That would be stupid, weak. Azazel would have laughed in her face.
3 minutes.
This felt weird.
More then weird. Wrong, not for someone like her, not for a demon right from the pit. It was all so human.
So why was she anxious for him to get here. It was curiosity. Nothing more
