Her eyes kept going from the ring on her finger to his eyes, not fully believing that it was actually happening. They were married, the ring was there on both fingers to prove it. Everything else was a blur until he reached over, the veil slowly moving back over her head. She had been told that it wasn't the norm now to have the veil like that, but she had wanted something similar to what she would have had at home.
She smiled as his hands came to her cheeks, pulling her lips to his. Something was different, as strange as that sounded to her. This kiss had more emotion behind it that she had ever felt before. Yes she always loved him and their kisses always showed that. But something about this one meant so much more. She was his, she was his wife and she was happy and excited and so in love with him. Nothing could get better than that moment.
Pulling back, she laughed a little as she looked into his eyes. The rest of the ceremony went by quickly and then it was their turn to leave the chutch. Walking up the aisle, her hand firmly in Robin's, she grinned at those of her friends that had showed up before turning to Robin.
"We made it," she said quietly, so only he could hear.
