Sarah would probably be helpful in keeping him on the straight and narrow and oft-puzzling path of acting like a normal person, she'd been good at it so far, chances were she'd be able to keep it up, even somewhere else.
At the shaking there was a grumble that sounded suspiciously like 'ughfivemoreminutes'. But she woke with a start a moment later, apparently having suddenly remembered where she was, it only took a moment for recognition to follow and she grinned, "Eric!" The very nearly gleeful exclamation was quickly followed by a hush, remembering that this was a library, throwing a quick hug around his shoulders, "You came."
She was clearly relieved, because, as tough and self-sufficient as she was on the surface, she really was just a lost little girl under it all, especially now. She wasn't going to break down, not yet anyway, "You owe me an explanation." She said once she let go, sitting back in the chair again.
