Prue wasn't the only one was nervous about this meeting. Since Prue's arrival Paige had felt as if all of those insecurities she had worked so very hard, and rightfully, to get over had come back up and turned itself on it's head. Paige knew she had proven herself. As a Halliwell and a Charmed One. She had proven herself and was still proving herself as a witch. She was a good aunt and a good sister. She had found her place and was still learning more. But what was the problem? While she had the acceptance of her two other sisters and herself, of Grams, her birth mother, and the magical community back in her world ... Paige had never imagined that in this life time she would have to look for it from Prue. It wasn't that she had never dreamed of meeting Prue. She had. She wanted this meeting. This chance and opportunity to get to know her sister. Yet with every year that passed with that never happening and knowing that it very likely wouldn't happen until she had her sisters had fufilled their destiny as Charmed Ones, Paige had put the idea in the back of her mind. She had never thought it would be happening like this. A little more warning would have been good. Not that months of warning and prepping would do much in disappating all of her nervousness and anxiousness. And there were a lot.
What if Prue didn't like her? What if she didn't think she was good enough? Strong enough? She had almost backed out of the meeting but Paige didn't make a habit of backing down from anything. She knew that she had done a lot of good as a witch and a Charmed One. She knew she had a lot to offer as a sister and a person. If she had to work to prove her place to Prue, then she would. She wasn't going to feel inadequate about how far she'd come. Which was why when there was a knocking on the door, Paige didn't jump very much out of her own skin. ... Or orb in/out of the place she was standing, as she tended to do when she was jumpy or overly scared.
Taking a deep and relaxing breath, she set her shoulders back slightly and put on a friendly smile, as she went to open the door, "Hey." She said to Prue. "Why don't you come in? I need to get my jacket."
