Ad community for RPGs

If I were to open an AU in Hawkins and would you prefer to play the character ages starting from:

a) current year (1986, "won" after s4 with deaths retconned)
b) near-future year (1989-1993/same but kids graduate or over 21)
c) super future year (2005+/same but kids are grown with new faces)

and would you prefer OCs be allowed and/or limited? Holds are up just in case.
