Ad community for RPGs

I have a male character I want to play based off a story I read. He's homeless, he has a head injury, he believes he's ugly because of it and won't look in mirrors because of it. He thinks he's ugly on the inside too but couldn't be further from the truth. He also speaks in broken English despite being obviously American. His PB would be Jensen Ackles. Basically what I'm asking is... does anyone have any community suggestions for him? That would accept him and he'd actually get to play with people despite his handicaps. Because he'd be aggressive at times as well. I've looked through all the advertised communities in all the places but maybe there's somewhere I haven't seen yet? I'll take active GPSLS too. Original only, since a panfandom com accepting originals would be a weird concept to him with the whole network posts and I really don't like panfandom games anyway.
