This is the succession of power. Your time is now.

Your life has been privileged. Charmed, they say. You belong to one of the seven founding families of Wickary, Virginia and with that comes great wealth and power. As the new successor, you are the head of your family's affairs. More than that, however, you are the keeper of its darkest secrets.

Succession is an original character GPSL that focuses on the sociopolitical machinations of the seven founding families of Wickary. Currently we are looking for two new patriarchs to become the Necromancer of the Sunderland family and the Focus of the Conners family. By joining Succession, you get to help shape the past, present, and future of Wickary. If you're looking for a fun, social group of writers in a setting teeming with mystery, intrigue, and the supernatural, this might be the place for you!

WELCOME TO THE WORLD AS YOU ONCE KNEW IT

When Pietro Maximoff asked his sister to 'fix it' - to save herself from those that would kill her by giving them what they wanted - he couldn't have known just how literally his words would be taken. The world that the members of the super-powered communities have been living in for the past two years was one that consisted entirely of the deep-seated wishes of its occupants. Although far from perfect, it held within it the unstated promise that the important things were right, and that everything else would pass. It should have been the solution that everyone had been searching for.

Instead, though, it was a reminder that not all wishes are ones that should be granted, in the same way that not all problems are one that can be solved. Instead of bringing peace, this world brought new forms of oppression for mutants, and brushes with genocide that left entire cities full of people vulnerable and confused. To Wanda, the only real solution was to reverse the mistake that had affected so many, and right the wrongs that she'd inadvertently created. So, with just a few words, the false world ended, returning its occupants to the life that they were always meant to live.

But, as everyone knows, going home again brings with it its own set of challenges. Things seem to be back to normal now, but how do you return to something that you wished away? How do you reconcile two completely separate versions of yourself? And if you remove the laws of nature to create the life you've always wanted, what happens when you decide to put them back?

Marvelesque is now accepting applications for characters from any and all corners of the vast Marvel universe. Game starts November 14th.
