My girl is someone who's been ostracized for her strange appearance. But what she lacks according to society's standards of beauty, she makes up for with talent and a beautiful voice. Your boy is a spoiled man who grew up wealthy, perhaps even as nobility or royalty. He also happens to be blind, and out of resentment for this he takes it out on everyone near to him. His family hires my girl to read/sing to or play music for your boy, both to entertain and perhaps pacify him; he's driven away all of their previously hired entertainers. She jumps at the opportunity to be around someone who can't judge her for her appearance, and is determined to make her employment last.

At first he's resistant to her and tries to drive her away like all the rest, but over time they come to accept each other and even form a romantic attachment. Then one day his family learns of a legitimate cure for his blindness. He jumps at the opportunity, but she isn't so keen on the idea because she hasn't told him about her looks. Will he still feel the same about her once he can see?

This line works best in an historic, fantasy, or AU setting. I will be using this journal. For my girl's face I would love, love, love to use Anna Walton as Princess Nuala from Hellboy 2, but if that's a deal breaker I will consider other face options. I am open on who you choose to portray your boy.
