 C O N F L I T The year is 1976 and the wizarding world is at war. The Ministry has had one Minister go missing and the replacement is bowing to the pressure of the ever growing power of the dark side. As the world outside of Hogwarts faces darkness and uncertainty, the world inside isn’t any much better off. The once safe sanctuary of the school has been compromised by the Ministry’s cowardice. Muggleborns have become segregated from their classmates and removed from their activities. Professor Dumbledore has been removed from the school and a new Headmaster has been put in his place. No longer feeling safe, the students have taken to align themselves on either sides. As the Order of the Phoenix tries to inspire hope from the outside, the new regime are hoping to dispel any whisperings of rebellion. Loyalties are tested as the darkness seeps into formally hallowed halls. |
