Ad community for RPGs

Once upon a time, I was in a magical community where people were played as reincarnated Disney film characters. Each character possessed one or two abilities or quirks that pertained to the personality of their Disney character, and they lived in a made-up town. Unfortunately, this game died out some time ago, but I would like to create a game similar to this one. First of all, I want to find enough people interested, and I'll need a co-mod, because my schedule can be hectic at times.
