WTF IS IN IOWA is a Pan-Lore, Original Character, Supernatural Role Play Game. Ever wish supernatural games didn't have so many rules that get so complicated you just can't keep up or maybe even understand? This is the game for you. Do you ever wish Mods would quit policing your activity as if you have no real life outside of RP? This is the game for you. Want to play a species that just doesn't seem to fit the usual guidelines? This is the game for you.

So Why Iowa? WTF IS IN IOWA anyway? No one ever thinks anything is out there actually. They'd be so wrong. It's exactly that thought that has brought so much of the supernatural population there to take refuge and try to live normal lives making Iowa the least boring place in the United States. You want zombie cows to exist? Well, oh yes they can. Your farmland just might be crawling with them.

WTF IS IN IOWA is based around the area of Des Moines, Iowa and it's surrounding communities. There's a metropolitan area and TONS & TONS of vast rural areas and farmland. So, how you dictate your chars' life is up to you. Be city folk, be farm folk or anything in between. Your chars can work or own real life places or make up your own businesses.

The main thing to remember is this is a players game. Your lore is your own. Your story lines are your own. Don't enjoy someone else's? Don't read 'em. That's what ratings and warnings are for. This is about just having a rootin tootin good time with wherever your creative writing wants to take you and having lots of fun doing it. That's why zombie cows can exist if you really want them to. (Psst. I've actually heard Iowa is crawling with them.)

Welcome to the Society for the Preservation of Antiquities. Or the S.P.A. for short. The Society is an organization dedicated to the discovery of rare and potentially supernatural artifacts from all over the world, and the preservation, and housing of said artifacts in the Society Building. To the general public the Society is nothing more than a group of Archeologist and Historians that devote their careers to keeping the past alive. But the employees of the Society headquarters know better.

In truth the Society and its employees track down and recover artifacts that are reputed to have mystical or supernatural powers and store them in the Society mother house to keep them out of the wrong hands. The employees are top experts in the fields of Archeology, History, and Occult studies. In addition the Society Headquarters also employs technicians with knowledge of the latest technology to keep things running smoothly. Twenty-five years after the fateful Tournament, the political atmosphere in Britain and Europe had changed drastically. The threat of the Dark wizard known as Lord Voldemort had disappeared, and in the years following the triumph, governments arose that were much more focused on cooperation and tolerance among wizards and witches at home and internationally. In 2019, a contingent of people led by Second Wizarding War hero Harry Potter and Bulgarian Quidditch superstar Viktor Krum formed, eager to encourage the next generation to focus on others' similarities rather than their differences. Both leaders spoke eloquently of the lasting friendships they had made and the valuable lessons they had learned during the 1994 Triwizard Tournament. They advocated a replacement event for the student population.

With the assistance of the International Association of Quidditch, three years later, the inaugural Junior International Quidditch Tournament is set to begin. Four Quidditch teams representing their schools will compete against each other in a series of matches throughout the academic year, with two finals at the end of the year to determine the overall winner. And alongside all the Quidditch fever that is sure to grip the castle, the typical difficulties of an academic year at Hogwarts must still be traversed: exams, friendships, romance, and antics. Can they handle the pressure?

Feinted is a canon-compliant next-gen role-playing game set at Hogwarts during the school year 2022–2023. Opened 19 August.

 You awaken in a room that is devoid of decorations. You are lying on a small cot, a table beside you. Upon the table is a device, similar to that of a PDA. Closer inspection reveals your name inscribed upon the back below an insignia the likes of which you have never seen.

The device is on. On the screen is a note, written in your native tongue. Once the letter is finished, it disappears and in its place is a map leading you to your assigned housing. The door to the room opens at this time and a computerized voice tells you to exit. The corridor is long and narrow. It deposits you out onto an unfamiliar street. The city is large, the architecture foreign. The door behind you closes and you are left alone.

Feel free to explore. You cannot leave the city but all of your needs will be met. Anything you can want, within reason, can be found here. The locals are mostly friendly and compassionate. Their duty is to make your stay here a comfortable one. After all, you are their guest. You are their responsibility.

Echidna University is a school for the aspiring Monster. A place where one can learn the basics of Bloodsucking 101, Alchemy 800 for the discerning mad scientist alongside more mundane classes like English Literature and Biology. It offers everything the modern monster needs to get ahead in the Veil World.
E.U. is a modern monster college rp game set within the Veil alongside the human city of St. Augustine, Florida U.S.A. The game is predominantly a social game, dealing with the life and issues of college students who just so happen to be monsters.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!!

As you all are aware, our resident poltergeist has taken it upon himself to unblock all the drains on the fifth floor. Sadly, he chose to do so in the wrong direction. We have asked people desist from using the seemingly endless puddles which currently decorate the corridors for impromptu water fights. Madame Pomfrey, after all, only has a finite amount of pepper-up potion available, and it would be a terrible shame to find you all handing in your wonderful and insightful essays covered in phlegm.

On another, less sickly, note - can all students in third year and above ensure they have handed their Hogsmeade permission slips to their Heads of House by the first week of October. Students who fail to present a genuine, signed slip will not be permitted to visit the village. All questions and excuses to be delievered to the Heads of House.
