Over at [info]barmodzvah, a PB super power game, I'm seeking her (preferably male but open for discussion) best friend?

More info on the line found here. The mods have approved various medical advancement plot lines I'd love to have her best friend included in, inside of the greater over arching plot that's happening in the game currently.

PREMISE & HOLDS
Wanted: Fenrir Greyback

Why This Character Would Be Amazing: We are currently seeking a Fenrir Greyback. Not only does he get to play with the Order, Ministry of Magic, and other Death Eaters--there are four different werewolves in game with four DIFFERENT views about the werewolf experience and what it means. Don't even think for a moment that all we want is a "evil" werewolf just to torment these four--Fenrir is abound to have a dozen reasons for thinking the way he does and, we'd love to find out how those reasons fit, or conflict, with all the others in game. THEN, there's the fact that he's a werewolf in the Death Eater's club. This game loves its complex characters so take canon and expand--there's too many characters to count who would like to have him involved.

Character Concepts You Can Steal: Okay. So, it's canon that Greyback just wants to turn as many wizards as possible. Why? Surely there's a damn good reason for it and for his hating of wizards...and, really, who could blame him? You have all sorts of regulations and many wizards look at werewolves like they're dangerous just about any time of the month. While we'd hate to see Fenrir just demonized, there is also the fact that he is gruesome and violent and at this point it would be hard to say he plays fair. This is a character that has his own list of priorities that doesn't always match up with anyone else's--and with the slew of personalities in game right now, who wouldn't want to play on that or possibly even play up those aspects?

PB Suggestions: Jason Moma? We have no effing clue.

Bone Orchard - Fable 3

[info]wanna_rp
Seven months have passed since The Crawler's invasion had nearly decimated Albion. A month after the coup d'état had failed during the Ravenscar Keep riot, life still has not yet returned to normal for the citizens of Albion. With the collapse of the economy still present despite Reaver's return to his post at Reaver Industries, lower-class to upper-class families are suffering the consequences of the otherwise glorious defeat of the Darkness.

Rebuilding homes and communities takes time, but what about the countless lives lost during the invasion? The Crawler's attempt to replace light with dark had been successful in its own way. Albion's future is looking bleak with so many disillusioned people not knowing how to pick themselves up and move on.

The new Hero Queen's otherwise popular rulership notwithstanding, quality of life is at an all-time low. In Millfields, the local balverine population had doubled after Reaver had invited his entourage of sophisticated balverines to the community more than a year ago. Balverine attacks are steadily on the rise, and not a day goes by without an incident involving these monsters.

After ex-Sergeant Saker had turned his mercenary guild into a legitimate business, the few bandit gangs scattered across the realm continue to intimidate trader caravans and adventurers. Amid all of this are rumours of Shadow Temples, and an Assassin's Guild settling comfortably amongst the ruins of Albion's once healthy society.

And if these issues were not enough, the port town of Bloodstone has recently been brought to the attention of the Hero Queen. In spite of being isolated from the rest of the Kingdom due to Wraithmarsh, compared to the Bowerstone region... Bloodstone as a community has flourished.

On account that lawmen are as rare as hen's teeth, organized and disorganized crime is the way of life in Bloodstone. Nearly everything is for sale, and work is easier and more profitable than anything that could be found in Bowerstone Industrial, legal or not.

The Royal Family have no neighbours to rely on for help. Samarkand is too far away; the Court's troubled relationship with Aurora has yet to change for the better, and now trouble is brewing at Bloodstone. These matters have left the Hero Queen with few allies.

What is to become of Albion?

GOSSIP GHOUL

A Season 1 Gossip Girl/Zombie Apocalypse Crossover

Rumors of a strange infection have been circulating around New York City for weeks now. The government has done everything in its power to silence them, however, and the students of St. Jude's and Constance Billard's have been kept almost entirely in the dark. True, there's the odd stranger coughing blood on the subway. Or the strangely pasty complexion and glassy eyes of the salesperson waiting on them at Bendel's. Perhaps they've even heard rumors of people becoming reanimated in hospitals. But between the stress of Gossip Girl blasts, SAT prep, and lacrosse matches, who can really keep track?

Their blissful weeks of ignorance are about to end. These pampered Upper East Side teenagers will have to rely on each other and whatever skills they have if they want to make it out alive. From the school's Queen Bee all the way down to the scholarship kids, everyone has a common enemy for the first time ever. Social survival will be replayed by actual survival.

This is a small PSL group focusing on Gossip Girl characters encountering a challenge far more dire than gossip blasts—zombies!! A list of wanted characters is here and we'd particularly like to see Serena.

The war has only just stopped raging. Though the fires have been put out, the smoke has not yet cleared. Amidst the chaos, new beginnings blossom. Minister for Magic, Kingsley Shacklebolt, is busy revolutionizing every aspect of society. Even Hogwarts' established-for-centuries curriculum has been overhauled. Starting September 4th, the first of Shacklebolt's new educational initiatives was introduced, to the delight of some, and the dismay of others.

A mandatory eighth year of education has been implemented with the intention of better preparing the students for life after Hogwarts. A career counsellor has joined Hogwarts' staff and an Apprenticeship program has been put in place. Shacklebolt has spent the summer months encouraging parents and students alike to embrace these radical changes. But whether you embrace the changes or disapprove of them, you were expected to be at Platform 9¾ on the morning of September 4th, books bought, bags packed and ready to learn.

Almost grown, but not quite.
Most Wanted:
Parvati & Padma Patil, Ernie Mac & JFF!
That Roonil Wazlib kid.
Oh, and maybe a few Slytherins, too.

Rodolphus Lestrange can speak French...in Russian.

If Alice Longbottom were to punch you in the face, you would have to fight off the sudden urge to thank her.

And they're only two of the many awesome characters we have to over! Are you awesome? Do seek more awesomeness in your life? Do others not understand you B.A.M.F.ness? Then we need you to come and help us create so much bad-assery that the world actually implodes.

Crescendo is an AU Marauders Era RPG taking place in 1981, when the war is in full swing. What we offer you is the chance to determine the outcome of the war not through canon or through the mods telling you where the plot will go, but through your character's actions. We believe in giving you the freedom to let your characters and plots develop as they do naturally, without having to worry about making it fit into the outcome.

Everyone kicks ass, is friendly, and we're generally just a band of misfits having a good time. So if you think you'd be a good fit, come on over, we only bite if you ask.

"To be a Black made you practically royal"

So said Sirius Black about the beliefs of his parents, but, what if to be a Black actually made you royalty? In 1649, the Black Family Dynasty declared themselves rulers of the Magical Population of Great Britain and have reigned since then. Like many rulers, the family has faced a multitude of complications and threats to its rule over the hundreds of years it has reigned, but it remains strong.

For now.

The year is now 1979. Whispers mingle the air foreshadowing the change that is on the way. King Orion Black I, sits on the throne after the tragic and suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of his father King Arcturus Black II in 1976. However, while he sits firm on the throne, the ship has began to rock. A recent surge of deaths has struck the family. Some may attribute it to the age of the victims, but, then again, most healthy wizards in their 60s and 70s do not suddenly drop dead. Nevertheless, nothing untoward has been proven, yet.

However, assassinations are not the only problems plaguing the Dynasty. In 1977, Orion's heir turned his back on the family, renounced the Dynasty and began associations with muggleborn sympathises. He was disowned mimicking the disownment of his cousin Bellatrix, in 1975, after she pledged her allegiance to a false lord.

Then, there are those outside the family who threaten its existence. The Ministry of Magic has been becoming more and more vocal calling for reforms. Only a few have been met, but it has not stopped them, especially now Albus Dumbledore has finally accepted the pots of Minister. As well, conservatives who scorn the changes made by the Ministry are steadily becoming more and more frustrated. Who would lead such an opposition? Lord Voldemort, of course. His force known as the Death Eaters have been active since the 1970s and have been defined as a treasonous organisation by the old King Arcturus since 1975. However, it has not stopped them. Nothing will stop him until he gets what he seeks.

Society has remained stable, but, as the foundations shake, one great push may have it tumbling over for good. For now, they remain content to rest on their line of succession that decrees that Prince Regulus Black will succeed his father, even as the rest in the line slowly drop dead around him. Perhaps the person behind it wants someone else on the throne? Maybe they do not realise that the line of succession might soon be changed forever?

The line might soon mean nothing. After all, inheriting is not the only way to gain a throne.

There is also conquest.

Welcome to Crown and Country! A place where nothing is ever stagnant and the one with the crown is never really in control.
