 The Ministry is splitting itself in half: those who are with Crouch Sr’s designs for their future, and those who oppose it. The Order has it’s hands full with keeping an eye on both the Ministry and the Knights of Walpurgis. Hi, all! So lately I've been pining for a fun, LIGHT historical group game. So I want to create one. BUT I can't do it on my own. So I am reaching out to YOU in search of a co-mod! I don't want the HISTORY of it to be a big deal. I like things to be realistic, yes, but I am no history buff and would therefore consider an AU sort of thing, or a history buff for a co-mod, or anything in-bewteen. Clearly, I don't know exactly what I'm looking for yet. Mostly, I want it to be a setting inviting of character development.
Also, wouldn't it be fun to control arranged marriages almost randomly? If you're curious, comment here - SCREENED! - or on my journal.

Welcome to the Gallifrey Time Academy! If your reading this you've just been accepted to the most prestigious school in the universe. You, along with others of your race, have been chosing to attend via many of our reasoning, up to and including intelligence rate and species survivial count. Upon reading this letter you will collected 24 hours from the moment you have recieved it. Once you are admitted you will be taken the Untempered Schism for processing. If you do not wish to further your univerasal education please disregard this letter now.After processing, you will be housed with other students like yourself. Please bear in mind that while some species may be hostile to yours, we expect all our students to be well behaved within our walls. And some would go mad" While most are accepted to the Prydon Academy, not everyone will live through it. Theres all kinds of things that could go wrong. Cliques that seek to get you kicked out, baised teachers who fail you for no reason other then they simply don't like you, scholastic riveraly that can, and most likely will, last generations. Just surviving the first day is a hardship in itself. Those that do, however, will find a wealth of knowledge in their new lives. Billions upon billions of planets and alien species to study, learn from, and watch over will suddenly take up most of your time. Not to metion a whole planet to explore. Amoung a dozen other things to marvel over and remember. Including the predjudice from some of the older, more esteemed, gradutes. Not everyone here inside or out of the academy is nice. Not everyone is your friend. Not everyone is sane. Its up to you however to find out who's your real friend and who's not.All while following the rules, attening class, and maybe, if your very lucky, getting to see the universe for what it really is. The year is 1963. It is a time in history like no other. There are those who feel that they are standing on the dawn of a golden age while others feel that the threat of nuclear war will tear the nation apart. The fire of the Civil Rights Movement is beginning to blaze with men and women standing up against oppression at home, as costumed superheroes and criminals begin to make their presence known. Against this backdrop of conflict and change, a man named Charles Xavier is searching for others of his kind. Xavier sees the turmoil ahead. Dimensions go by a lot of names: Worlds. Realms. Earths. Realities. Your reality is not the only one in the universe. Just beyond the thin veil of your perception. We officially opened this community a few months ago and there hasn't been much going on. We have four members and none of us are very active because we only have four members. So here is what I would like to do.
Please, take a look at our community. Check out the rules, the layouts, anything and everything. If there is anything about this comm, other than activity, that is making you, or others, hesitant to join, give us suggestions. We want to make this comm as user friendly as possible. No suggestion is too small or too ridiculous. We might not put all of them into action but each and every one will be considered seriously and carefully.
This is a sincere request to help make this community into something good that people will actually want to join so please don't make any derogatory comments. No bashing or flaming or trolling or whatever you want to call it.
Suggestions will be taken through the end of October at which time we will evaluate everything, make the necessary changes and have an official, grand reopening on November 15th.

Myself and a few friends have been talking about trying to set up a game about Jack The Ripper since we’ve seen a few being advertised from time to time but it seems none of them ever actually got off the ground. We were just going to go ahead ourselves but then wondered if there were other writers out there who would be interested in joining us.
We already have quite a detailed back story worked out so we’re hoping to find people who would be willing to fit in with it. It would be great too if you (like us) have an interest in the crimes of Jack and also in the Victorian age (we’re planning on time slips back to the autumn of 1888). This will be a fandom game, primarily set in the worlds of Buffy and Supernatural. Some events will be canon but we’re mostly aiming for a lot of AU (canon backgrounds may be changed or certain canons won’t be around at all etc).
If you’re interested, have a lot of imagination and would be willing to work with the mods and other players to add lots of ideas into the game, please get in touch.
