Premise


October 15, 2025 will forever be known as the day the third wizarding war ended. After a year of struggle and death, hope has once more returned to the wizard world and law and order are being restored. Yet all is not well in the world, there are changes coming, some more dangerous than others.

The spell that a year ago brought Voldemort and his followers back from the dead is still active. The mystery of how the dead can return to live still unsolved. As long as it is, the dead will keep returning. Who will be the next to arrive, and will they be friend or foe?

In addition, an unknown curse has spread amongst the Wizarding population, infecting everyone, from child to adult. Few know of its existence, no one knows what it does; but it has the potential to turn the world upside down.

At the same time, vampires are settling in England. A new town is founded, bigger and more modern than anything the country has seen before. But what are their motives? How much will the world change?

The wizards of the UK must learn to adapt, but can they?

You think you know London, its streets and alleys like the creases of your palm. You don't know all its secrets. In its depths are places to buy amulets and tarot readings, a talisman that permits the wearer to manipulate luck hangs alongside bottles of herbs and demon's blood. Books so ancient the pages are tissue-thin jostle against postcards of buses and telephone boxes. There are bars where the clientele don't just find the dim light flattering, but downright necessary, and the smell of brimstone lingers in the nostrils. There are corners and recesses where magic isn't trickery or sleight of hand, but blood and bone and flesh and you might -- you might -- catch sight of feathers pure as snow and light, if you know where to go. If you know how to see. There's a pitched battle being fought for this other London and your London besides -- one in which every human in existence is being counted in a gamble for souls, Heaven and Hell trying to tip the scales and grave-faced Librarians holding them steady. And all the time, people go about their lives with a little pinch of something extra in a London you'll never see.

Paging anyone who plays Zach Gilford or Taylor Kitsch for a line. Please give me an excuse to start finding more icons like this one. Any other of the pbs from FNL would be loved. I have some specific ideas in mind for each of them.

We have all the Cannon Glee kids so what about the other characters in the show? Also OC football players, Cheerio's, geeky kids, and band kids are wanted. Real brother's and step brothers are wanted by others for sibling lines.

AU Potter Era. Trio's 6th year.

Bottom line is, even if you see 'em coming, you're not ready for the big moments. No one asks for their life to change, not really. But it does. So what are we, helpless? Puppets? Big moments. James Potter would never know how lucky he was that Sirius was in a rotten mood when Peter went to Sirius about switching the Secret Keeper. Sirius Black never switched with Peter. Peter never betrayed the best friends he ever had. Voldemort never found the house or their new idenitiites. James Potter and Lily lived and had a few children. When Harry went to school, half of the Order and Aurors followed, but at the request of Albus Dumbledore, the students knowledge of it was on a need to know basis. Will their identities remain secret or will they need to run? Will James and Lily stay alive? Did Voldemort interpt the prophecy to mean the Longbottoms?
