"I feel like occasionally might not be a bad thing." Melinda said with a smile. Of course, she'd always been the type who was sent home by her supervisor for being at work too long. Usually by Thursday morning. She missed the hospital.
She'd started to pick her bag back up from the stool when his fingers found her arm. It caught her off guard -- small affections like that always did. It wasn't a bad thing, though. She could feel the goosebumps rise to her skin. A smile twitched on her lips, but all too suddenly it was gone.
