Re: Mandy and Calypso
Mandy laughed softly and downed the shot, baring the long smooth column of her throat as she did so. She knew Singh would be pissed, but hopefully she could be soothed by the things Mandy was not missing even as a goodly part of her attention was on the younger masked witch at her side. The couple of people watching with some curiosity the crowd. Gauging it. Illegal activity wouldn't happn on a large scale at a place like this the first day.
And, she thought, the bouncer was already heading to someone she would have pegged as a potions dealer, to escort him out. Good security. Good eyes. The Aurors shouldn't have to worry too hard about this place at least for a while. Management seemed to have some things covered.
She held up her other drink for the toast, clinking it softly and laughing under her breath before taking a long drink. She gave Calypso a pouty look through her mask. "Too bad my chaperone won't let me stray today," she said, tossing her hair with a faint huff. Probably leading her to believe that she was an old line of purebloods, for a few of them still did chaperone their children, at least the ones who wouldn't behave.
