Ruby noted the name drop with interest but kept her face curious and friendly. "Neville, I like that name," she said. "I had a friend when I was a child, well, a tutor, named Neville, he was quite nice." It was sort of the truth, but didn't hurt to let ZJ think this was a better idea than it really was. If Ruby was informed - which she was - Herbology professor Neville Longbottom was who ZJ had in mind, war hero and all, so why not go for it? There was some fame that run-of-the-mill celebrity couldn't match.
"Is he your age? I'm a bit older... Some guys have a thing about that," she'd never dated younger, but she knew that seeming a little bit insecure about something, anything was a good thing in instances like that. "And you wouldn't mind me joining you guys? I know you're my boss and all, but I don't have many friends here in London now I'm back..."
