Dear Sirius,
How is school going? I trust you are not getting into too much trouble, I find it interesting in fact that as the only Black to manage to get sorted outside of Slytherin you manage to be the one in the most trouble. Things are getting rather stressful out here in the real world, you may want to keep yourself loosely posted in the world events. In any case, the reason I am writing is that I may infact be in Hogsmeade next weekend and I wondered if perhaps you would like to get together for tea. Let me know darling.
