Totally! I could see him being friendly with both of them, and Caleb could use more guy friends and if Nina's friends with Ally I could definitely see him being familiar with her.

YES! I think when he's feeling overwhelmed with everything he goes to the market and hangs out with her and pretends he's just a run of the mill fishmonger or something, and not expected to be the next big political star.
